Hi, I'm Asia! 🤎

I'm a girl who really loves Jesus, loves people, and is still learning how to extend the same grace to myself that I'm so quick to give everyone else.

I work in ministry, have a master's degree in Pastoral Counseling, and have always had a heart for creating spaces where people feel seen, heard, and comfortable having honest conversations.

A few years ago, that looked like starting a podcast called Asia, Let's Talk. And now, in a new season of life, that same heart has found a new creative expression.

Welcome to Prescribe Me Grace.

For much of my life, I've wrestled with anxiety, depression, big emotions, insecurity, and the pressure to have it all together. And for a long time, I struggled to reconcile those experiences with my faith.

Because how could I love Jesus so much and still struggle with some of these things?

It's a question I've had to wrestle with, and one I imagine I'm not alone in asking.

Prescribe Me Grace is a space to open up those conversations. To talk about faith, mental health, emotional well-being, identity, ministry, and all the beautifully complicated parts of being human.

Not because I have all the answers or have somehow figured it all out. But because I believe there's room for honest questions, hard seasons, therapy, medication, healing, and a really deep love for Jesus to coexist.

And maybe, just maybe, we don't have to be so hard on ourselves as we figure it all out.

My hope is that by sharing my experiences, what I'm learning, and how God continues to meet me in the middle of it all, you'll find encouragement to extend a little more grace to yourself.

Because the truth is, I'm learning to do the same.

So here's to honest conversations, a little less shame, and a whole lot more grace.

I'm glad you're here.

With love and a little grace,

Asia 🤎
